
SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – After the storm, it’s time to clean up and recover. With 150 mph winds, Hurricane Ida hit Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) says relief organizations will be calling for help. To be confident you are donating to a legitimate organization, the BBB says to ask questions and stick to experienced groups.
The BBB has a list of accredited charities helping disaster victims. To be accredited, an organization must meet the 20 BBB Standards for Charity Accountability)
