SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) –Sioux Falls Police had a busy weekend.
BIG FIGHT IN PARKING LOT
Sioux Falls Police responded to a big fight in a parking lot early Saturday morning.
The incident happened near North Cliff Avenue and Benson Road.
One victim was hit in the head with a beer bottle and received a cut to the head.
He went to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
There were at least three gunshots fired.
Police are continuing their investigation.
MOTHER HELPS CATCH PEEPING TOM
A Sioux Falls mother followed a man who peeped into her 10-year-old daughter’s window while touching himself.
The incident happened this weekend in the 1200 block of South Mystic View Place.
Police caught the man.
He is Kenneth Dale Stark, 71, of Sioux Falls.
Stark is charged with indecent exposure, with previous felony convictions.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULTS OVER THE WEEKEND
There were a number of aggravated assaults over the weekend in Sioux Falls.
One was by a knife.
Another was by a bat.
Still another was by a car.
And yet another was with a gun.
The Sioux Falls Police have not made any arrests yet.
ARSON CALLS
Sioux Falls Police are looking into three arson calls from the weekend.
One was burning in an alley.
Another was someone setting off fireworks in a park bathroom.
And the last was someone setting a fire in the bed of a pickup truck.
GUY KNOCKED OUT BY HOOLIGANS?
Authorities are looking into an assault this weekend near the Sioux Falls bike trail in 14th and Cliff area.
The victim said he was walking along and saw two men coming the his way.
The last thing he knew was he was on the ground, woke up, and was missing his backpack.
The victim isn’t sure if the two people jumped him.
He had a cut to his forehead and went to the hospital as a precaution.
