SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Brookings woman is in jail for her alleged role in the kidnapping of a Sioux Falls woman at Oakwood Lakes State Park last Sunday.
Police say Ashle Elizabeth Heier, 29, is being held on a warrant for four counts of harboring or concealing a criminal, parole violations, and drug charges.
Heier and the victim, a Sioux Falls woman, were found walking down the street in East Sioux Falls Sunday by police after a chase from Brookings to Sioux Falls.
23-year-old Alexander Felipe Andrade of Sioux Falls is still on the lam.
He’s wanted on kidnapping, domestic violence, and other charges.
The Brookings County Sheriff’s Office leads the search for Andrade. They are assisted by the Sioux Falls Police, the Minnehaha County Warrant Task Force, and the state Division of Criminal Investigation.
