SO, IT WASN’T A HIT-AND-RUN AFTER ALL?
Sioux Falls Police say that a moped versus SUV traffic accident that happened July 3rd wasn’t really a hit-and-run.
Police say the red SUV was legally turning on a light at 49th Street and Solberg Avenue.
The moped ran the red light and hit the SUV.
The SUV driver stopped briefly after feeling something but didn’t know they were in an accident.
The moped driver was injured.
The authorities are not bringing any charges in the matter.
