SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls has been named as one of the best performing small cities in the country.
A new study performed by Milken Institute, looked at factors such as jobs, wages, high-tech growth, and housing affordability.
Sioux Falls ranked 7th in the study, and was the only city from the midwest to make the list.
The city was ranked 24th last year.
Idaho Falls, Idaho, earned the top spot for 2021 in the study.
