SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls School District will be celebrating its 150th anniversary during the 2021-22 school year.
In the spirit of honoring the past and contributing to the future, SFSD will celebrate this milestone by planting a tree on the property of each of its schools in September 2021.
Sponsorship donations for each tree are now being accepted through the Sioux Falls Public Schools Education Foundation.
Sponsorships for a 2”-3” tree range from $150 up to $450 or any other amount donors choose.
Donor names will appear on a tree plaque to commemorate the gift.
