SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A new study says Sioux Falls is the third-best small city in the nation for renters.
Cities were rated on employment, the relative cost of renting, and school quality.
Fargo ranked first and Lincoln second.
Other regional cities in the top ten were Grand Forks and Omaha.
