SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — South Dakotans can do more at DMV kiosks, including five new ones in Sioux Falls.
The automated kiosks originally only worked to renew auto registration, distributing tags on the spot. They now can update contact information and mailing addresses.
A valid South Dakota driver’s license or ID card is required to use the kiosks.
The state Department of Revenue says the kiosks will soon allow people to report vehicles sold, print a seller’s permit, and renew their driver’s license.
