SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – The City’s Housing Division is accepting applications for the Single-Family Rehabilitation program.
The program is designed to provide financial assistance to low and moderate income homeowners to maintain their properties in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition.
There are eligibility requirements which include but not limited to gross household income can not be over 80% of the median family income, mortgage, insurance, and tax payments must be current.
