PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — It took less than five minutes Friday afternoon, but Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg has pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanors connected with the traffic death of Joe Boever.
Ravnsborg was not present at the initial appearance and arrangement in Hughes County Circuit Court in Pierre.
He entered his plea via his attorney.
The state’s attorney and Ravnsborg attorney will hold a status hearing before the court in sixty days.
Ravnsborg’s attorney says there is a “mountain range” of evidence in the case to review.
