SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A federal jury in Sioux Falls convicts a Yankton man of possession of meth.
Michael Wayne Zephier, 40, faces 90 days to three years in prison and a fine of at least $5,000.
He was found not guilty of intent to distribute meth.
Zephier will be sentenced next month.
Federal authorities returned him to the state pen where he is serving time for parole violations.
