MITCHELL, S.D. (KELO.com) —
State lawmakers utilize their life and professional experience in conducting the people’s business.
Last week the statehouse rejected a $5-million measure to replace an aging state aircraft.
Mitchell Representative Lance Koth is a former South Dakota Air National Guard member who served as a non-destructive inspection specialist.
He’s concerned about stress cracks in the 25-year-old aircraft Governor Kristi Noem is flying in now.
There’s a chance the Senate may re-visit the aircraft funding issue.
