SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Around 4 p.m. Tuesday, the Minnehaha County Fugitive Task Force found a man wanted for homicide.
The suspect was driving a vehicle near 12th Street and Lyons Avenue and refused to stop when the deputies tried to stop the car. A pursuit began and Sioux Falls Police were requested to take over the pursuit. The pursuit traveled through central Sioux Falls and ended near 2nd Street and Kiwanis Avenue. The suspect was then taken into custody without further issues.
During the pursuit, there were some minor accidents that occurred but no initial reports of injury. The name of the suspect and further details will be covered at media briefing on Wednesday, January 13.
