SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police say an arrest warrant was issued for the shooting suspect in Friday’s incident, James Kent Skoglund, 36, of Sioux Falls.
The warrant is for Aggravated Assault, Committing a Felony with a Firearm, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
The warrant carries a $250,000 cash bond.
Skoglund is currently in custody in Nobles County, Minnesota, on unrelated charges.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police are investigating two shootings that resulted in injuries.
In the first incident Friday afternoon, police say a man shot another man three to four times.
The victim went to the hospital with a broken hip and leg and wounds to the torso.
His injuries are serious but not life-threatening.
The incident took place near 500 South Blaine Avenue.
The authorities released no details about the suspect. The victim is a 48-year-old man from Sioux Falls.
And Sunday afternoon, a 13-year-old girl was shot while in a car with four other friends.
Police think some sort of sale was supposed to take place.
The girl was shot in the upper leg.
She was in the hospital under observation.
This incident took place at Euro and 30th Street North. Police say they are still trying to locate some of the girls in the car. Authorities say they did not yet have a good description of the assailant.
