SIOUX FALLS, SD, (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police arrested a man who stole a vehicle out of the parking lot of the 18th Amendment bar around 2 am this (Thursday) morning.
The victim was getting something out of his SUV when another man pushed him out of the way, hopped in and drove off with the vehicle.
Police found the vehicle on 33rd street and Minnesota avenue at a gas station.
33-year-old Jimmy Moore Jr. was passed out inside the SUV and arrested.
He is being charged with DWI, possession of a stolen vehicle, robbery, and grand theft.
