SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police say they’re still looking for a 17-year-old murder suspect in the homicide of a 16-year-old boy last week.
Ephraim Duolo Shulue was killed in what police say was a marijuana deal gone bad or a robbery.
Officer Sam Clemens says the Minnehaha County Fugitive Task Force is looking to bring in and serve an arrest warrant on Devon Montileaux.
Once arrested, Montileaux will be held on a $100,000 cash-only bond for first-degree manslaughter.
Clemens says just because there is an arrest warrant doesn’t mean the investigation is over.
