SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police arrest a juvenile in connection with a deadly shooting of an 18-year-old Sioux Falls man Saturday at a Halloween party.
Police said they cannot release the juvenile’s name because of court instructions.
They also did not say what he was charged with.
Vance Kitungano, a Sioux Falls Lincoln student, was shot outside the Red Sea Pub.
Police say the pub was not selling alcohol at the all-ages party there.
