SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The final vote totals are in for South Dakota’s statewide elections.
Donald Trump won the state with 62% of the vote. Mike Rounds won his election with 66% of the vote; Dusty Johnson claimed 81% in his victory.
Amendment A, which legalizes recreational marijuana use, passed with 54% of the vote.
An expected backlog of absentee ballots in Minnehaha County delayed the full election results until Wednesday evening.
