FERGUS FALLS, MN (KELO.com) — South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has been touring neighboring Minnesota in a big pink bus, urging the re-election of President Donald Trump.
Noem is part of the ‘Women for Trump’ bus tour of the potential swing state.
“I want to encourage everyone in Minnesota to get out in vote. You can vote today. It is incredibly important that we turn Minnesota red.”
The two-day bus tour has been stopping in communities all over Minnesota. On Monday Noem and the others were in the western part of the state.
Governor Noem has been stumping all over the country for Trump, bringing her message that you don’t need lockdowns to fight COVID-19.
In 2016, Minnesota went for Hillary Clinton for President, but it was close. Republicans hope 2020 will be a different story.
Most statewide polls in Minnesota have Joe Biden in the lead with just a matter of weeks before November 3. Thousands of people have been voting early, mostly due to COVID concerns.
