SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — According to a Sioux Falls Police officer on the scene, construction crews hit a gas line in the area of 14th Street and Phillips Ave.
At noon today (Friday), Phillips Avenue was blocked off between 13th and 14th Streets.
Police were posted at both cross streets and there was a fire truck standing by.
None of the surrounding businesses, including KELO Radio, were evacuated.
