CANTON, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls Fugitive Task Force nabs fugitive Tyson Shawn Wessels in Yankton this evening.
Earlier this week, Wessels jumped a Turner County Sheriff’s Deputy while being transported to jail and stole the deputy’s SUV.
Wessels then stole two more vehicles near Worthing, S.D. and Steen, Minnesota.
Wessels is wanted on a number of felonies in a number of local jurisdictions.
He’s currently sitting in the Yankton County Jail.
