SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — One person is killed in a single-vehicle rollover in the area of Veterans Parkway and E. Madison Street.
According to the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred Tuesday night around 8:15 northeast of Sioux Falls.
There were two people in the vehicle. Life saving measures were taken by first responders to save the driver. The driver was transferred to a local hospital where they died.
The passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

On 9/22/2020 at 8:13 pm, the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office, Sioux Falls Police Department and South Dakota Highway Patrol were dispatched to the area of Veterans Pkwy and E Madison St for a single vehicle roll over injury accident.
Two occupants were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Life saving measures were taken by first responders to save the driver. The driver was transported to a local hospital where they were pronounced deceased.
The passengersustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Sioux Falls Police Department, Sioux Falls Fire Department, and the South Dakota Highway Patrol.
