SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls Police are investigating a number of robberies since Friday.
ROBBERY #1: WITH ONLINE FRIENDS LIKE THIS. . .
A man gave a social media friend a ride to an apartment.
There the driver was attacked by a man with a pipe at 69th Street and Connie.
The assailant stole his keys and took his vehicle.
The police spotted the car and gave chase.
The car crashed at 23rd Street and Marion Road.
Police arrest Zachry Martin Fuller, 27, from Sioux Falls on a number of charges.
The victim had non-life threatening injuries.
ROBBERY #2: TRAFFIC CONE AS BURGLARY TOOL?
A man tries to use a traffic cone to smash open the drive through window at the Taco Johnson on East 10th Street at 2 a.m. Saturday.
He said he had a gun and wanted money.
The clerk locked the window and got the staff into a backroom and called the cops.
Police arrested Caleb Shawn Fraser, 26, from Sioux Falls, a few blocks away.
He’s charged with aggravated assault, robbery, and other counts.
ROBBERY #3: AND THIS JUST IN–FROM WEDNESDAY
A woman in a mask robs a Get N Go at 2:45 a.m. last Wednesday.
She said she had a gun.
She’s still at large.
