SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — “Cornelia,” the cornstalk that pushed its way up through 57th and then was pulled up, has a new life.
It’s now living in a large white bucket. It even has it’s own Twitter page.
The site where it crew these past weeks is now a shrine.
People have placed signs, flowers, canned corn, and ears of corn at the spot where it broke through the concrete.
#Cornelia got to catch-up with some relatives while she’s at the Stockyards Ag Experience. She’s tickled green to see how her family members have focused their lives on feeding people! @57thC @PegShlanta @southdakotachad pic.twitter.com/UoJtU0QAmE
