SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — There’s a new coronavirus outbreak in Sioux Falls.
State health officials say fewer than 15 Covid-19 cases have been reported at the McCrossan Boys Ranch.
Mass testing is planned at the ranch.
Health officials say the tests will be conducted by the state lab instead of out of state labs.
They say the state lab has a turnaround of between 24-48 hours. There are reports of test results from commercial labs taking over a week.
