SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Mayor Paul Tenhaken took to social media to remind residents that COVID-19 is still a threat to public health and that precautions should still be taken to prevent community spread.
Tenhakens’ Full July, 25 Tweet:
“Today we reported 61 new COVID cases in Minnehaha/Lincoln counties – our largest single-day total since May 11. While our residents have done a great job managing spread, today’s counts are a reminder of just how quickly things could change.”
Currently, South Dakota has 8,395 confirmed cases, 122 deaths, and 7,364 recoveries according to the South Dakota Department of Health.
