SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls Police and Division of Criminal Investigation report says Sioux Falls Police were justified in a use of force caught on video on June 21st.
The incident happened at 3 a.m. in the parking garage of the downtown Holiday Inn.
A woman assaulted an employee.
The woman and others were attempting to flee the parking garage when the police arrived.

The police yanked a woman out of the driver’s seat and forced her to the ground.
Capt. Mike Colwill says the report says the use of force was reasonable under the circumstances.
