SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Has it seemed warm so far this summer? We’ve had a plethora of days with above-normal temperatures in June and July after a stretch of below normal in May. Near normal temperatures are expected the next few days, heat and humidity return later this week.
