SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. (DTSF), and Lloyd Companies are partnering for the annual Downtown Loft Tour taking place Saturday, July 18 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Visitors can get a glimpse of downtown living during the self-guided tour of 11 different locations. This tour consists of multiple lofts at most locations that are currently occupied or available for rent and would not otherwise be available for the public to view. Participants are strongly encouraged to wear masks as some properties will require face coverings and adhere to social distancing guidelines during the event.

However, this year things look a little different from a tour perspective. We will be opening one home for tours at The Cascade at Falls Park and hosting virtual tours outdoor in our Cascade Courtyard with a TV playing our virtual tours, photos of our downtown properties and brochures on the units we have available. Downtown Loft Tour passes will be available to purchase on the day of the tour at the main entrance of The Cascade at Falls Park at 701 North Phillips Avenue starting at 10:30 am and through 2:30 pm. Each pass costs $5 per individual (cash payments only), children 12 and under are free.
The purchase of a pass includes an exclusive guide of all participating locations and sticker to gain access to each property.
