SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police are investigating an online sale gone bad.
Yesterday evening, a guy arranged to meet another guy to sell his bluetooth speaker.
The buyer showed up, but so did an accomplice, who got in the seller’s car and stole not only the speaker but an unsecured handgun.
The incident took place in the 700 block of North Elmwood.
The thieves remain at large.
Sgt Sean Kooistra reminds citizens that the Law Enforcement Center has a place in its parking lot for the exchange of online sales. He says it is well lit and covered by security cameras.
