PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — Governor Kristi Noem says she disagrees with the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision today striking down Louisiana’s latest restriction on abortions.
She says Louisiana’s requirement that abortion doctors have admitting privileges in a nearby hospital is “common-sense.”
Noem says she will continue fighting for the right to life of every person, born and unborn.
