SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls National Weather Service says we could see severe weather tonight.
Strong to severe storms are expected Wednesday evening into the overnight hours.
Locations north and west of a Brookings to Mitchell to Lake Andes SD line will have the highest chances to see these strong storms.
Frequent lightning and damaging wind gusts are possible, with large hail directly under storm cores.
