SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Beginning today, the outside eastbound lane of West 41st Street will be closed between Duluth and Minnesota Avenue to allow the contractor to begin construction of a right turn lane.
Access will be maintained to businesses and side streets during this work.
East 18th Street will be closed between Second Avenue and Phillips Avenue to allow crews to perform utility and concrete pavement repairs.
Traffic will be detoured to 19th Street at Second Avenue and Phillips Avenue.
