SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls Mayor’s office reports that the city has not issued any citations for violations of “no lingering” or “no mingling” ordinances during the coronavirus pandemic.
Spokesman T.J. Nelson says the City’s SOAR team continues to provide assistance to businesses to protect the health of employees and patrons.
There is currently a relaxed ordinance in place regarding bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
Yesterday, Jeff Griffin, CEO of the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, said about 50 percent of Sioux Falls businesses were open or in the process of opening.
