SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — An inmate at the Minnehaha County Jail died Wednesday, the county sheriff’s department said.
Authorities say Jordin Lea Eichmann, 31, was found unresponsive in her cell, and “life saving efforts were not successful.”
Eichmann had been booked early that morning on a child support warrant.
The death is under investigation “as a matter of routine,” but the sheriff’s department does not suspect foul play.
