SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A juvenile is a suspect in a homicide in east Sioux Falls yesterday.
Sioux Falls Police say a man was killed and a woman was injured.
The incident took place near 15th Street and Gordon Drive.
They also say that the suspect and the victims knew each other.
Dead is Craig Ronald Wittrock, 42. Police spokesman Sam Clemens did not identify the woman victim. He said the woman has non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect was in the house with a gun and SWAT was activated.
Details are limited because the suspect is a youth. Clemens says the Circuit Court judges have told the police they are limited in what they can say about a juvenile defendant. For example, Clemens could not release the exact charges against the youth.
