SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update:
Lane Closure – East Sixth Street
Beginning at 8:30 a.m., on Monday, April 20, 2020, both eastbound lanes of East Sixth Street will be closed between the Big Sioux River and North Weber Avenue. Two-way traffic will be maintained in the westbound lanes. The following week, both westbound lanes of East Sixth Street will be closed with two-way traffic in the eastbound lanes.
Xcel Energy will be performing utility work and anticipates completion by May 1, 2020.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
