SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Absentee ballot registration for the April 14th, Sioux Falls City Council School Board Election will take place March 22nd, at the Minnehaha County Administration Building. Registration forms will be provided and notarized, ballot registration begins at 10 a.m. until noon. Social distancing will be enforced by means of a drive-thru system.
