SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man faces life in prison after prosecutors say he trafficked heroin, leading to a victim’s death.
Aaron Anthony Wodzinski, 23, is accused of selling heroin to an unidentified victim in April 2018, who then died. Wodzinski could face a maximum fine of $1 million if convicted.
Wodzinski’s trial date has not been set; it could be affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
