PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — The State Health Department says there’s been a 10th case of coronavirus in the South Dakota.
A fourth case has been reported in Minnehaha County.
Gov. Kristi Noem will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. today (Monday) with another update.
