SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Mayor Paul TenHaken says he’s making a big announcement on his Facebook page at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
“It will surely be worthy of headlines,” says Deputy Chief of Staff T.J. Nelson. He says it will result in “happiness in town.”
Nelson wouldn’t provide any hints about the big news.
