SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A man apparently zoned out on drugs drives around and around in circles in the middle of a Sioux Falls intersection.
Police have to give him a dose of Narcan, after he surrenders and becomes unconscious.
They say he even tries to hit another motorist who stopped to see what was the matter.
This is at East 60th North and Hinks Avenue. There he was in this old white car, with smoke pouring out and the trunk lid up, doing cookies, while other motorists watched.
Bryce Allen Larvie, 29, of Sioux Falls, is jailed. He’s charged with reckless driving, not having a license, aggravated assault, driving while intoxicated and false impersonation.
