SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Two kids are playing outside their Sioux Falls home on South Ninth Avenue.
A red car pulls up.
The people inside yell at the kids to come and get in the car.
Thankfully they don’t.
“The kids did the right thing. This is what we want parents to always tell their kids if somebody approaches them, somebody starts talking to them they don’t know , go to a safe place, go inside and tell your parent,” says Police Spokesman Sam Clemens.
A parent tried to confront the car, but it drove away.
Police are looking for the red vehicle. They believe there were at least two people inside – a man and a woman.
