SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man could face life in prison on charges he handled and planned to distribute meth.
Prosecutors say Dayton Charles Nordstrom, 30, had about 500 milligrams of a substance containing methamphetamine last December. Nordstrom has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Nordstrom was sentenced to 37 months in prison in 2009 for distributing cocaine.
The maximum sentence on Nordstrom’s current charge is life in prison and a $10 million fine.
