SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls takes a look at the possibility of an upcoming storm:
A strong winter storm is expected to impact the region Thursday night into Saturday with snow, possibly some ice, and strong winds.
While there are still some unknowns with this system, confidence is growing that at least eastern parts of the region could see a period of moderate to heavy snow on Friday, and most of the region will see strong winds, both while the snow is falling Friday, and after the snow tapers off Saturday.
