SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A voice for the homeless in the Sioux Falls area will cease to exist this week.
The Sioux Empire Homeless Coalition will host its final forum at 11:45 a.m. after 25 years of existence.
People are invited to attend the forum to celebrate the program’s accomplishments, according to a release.
