SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Yesterday afternoon, a car drives by a local Sioux Falls hospital emergency room.
It stops briefly and drops off a man in a “tote” then leaves.
The man in the tote is severely injured with a skull fracture and is unconscious.
Authorities said his injuries were life-threatening.
Sioux Falls Police identified the man as an 18-year-old from Sioux Falls.
They say they have some possible suspects but no arrests yet.
