SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police saturation patrols on New Year’s Eve and New Year netted 40 citations.
From 6 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. yesterday (Wednesday), police arrested five people for driving while intoxicated.
Police say that’s average for New Years.
Overall, they cited 40 people on various charges.
23 of those were for speeding.
