SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man sits in jail after being arrested for pulling a gun during a disturbance early this morning.
Justin Lanier Barlow, 25, from Sioux Falls is charged with possession of a loaded firearm while intoxicated and obstruction of the police.
Barlow is accused of pulling a gun on someone in a crowd outside a bar/restaurant at 41st Street and Grange.
Police said he had a BAC of .096.
Authorities say officers heard the sound of something metal hitting the ground, which turned out to be a handgun. The police then subdued and cuffed Barlow.
No one was hurt.
