SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — There’s some sort of proposed agreement involving the resignation of Minnehaha County State’s Attorney Aaron McGowan.
The County Commission will consider approving the agreement – whatever it is – at tomorrow’s meeting.
McGowan says he’s resigning for health issues and because of all the negative news stories that make it tough to do his job.
Minnehaha County Commission Chair Jean Bender said she could not comment on the agreement or if McGowan was being investigated for sexual harassment as it is a personnel matter. Earlier today, she said the Commissioners would likely see the agreement before tomorrow’s meeting.
